Use this page to set up your HVAC website domain and business email routing. Keep this open while you work inside your registrar and Cloudflare.

Basic Plan ($19.99/month)

  1. Go to your registrar DNS panel for your existing domain.
  2. Copy the target record values shown in your HVACWEBSITEBUILDER dashboard.
  3. Add the required DNS records and save.
  4. Wait for DNS propagation, then verify from your Settings page.

Pro Plan ($29.99/month)

  • Custom domain purchased and provisioned through our system.
  • Domain assignment managed from your billing/settings flow.
  • Up to five business email aliases via Cloudflare Email Routing.

Cloudflare Email Routing Setup

  1. Create an alias (example: service@yourdomain.com).
  2. Set a destination inbox (example: your existing Gmail or Outlook address).
  3. Repeat up to five aliases for sales, scheduling, dispatch, billing, or support.

Routing forwards email to your destination inbox. Hosting full mailboxes is not included.

Troubleshooting

  • If DNS is not resolving, wait 15-60 minutes and re-check record spelling.
  • Make sure you entered root domain only (no protocol, path, or www unless instructed).
  • Keep only one conflicting record type per host to avoid validation failures.
